The 2009 All-Region teams for girls, along with the Ms Basketball and Class player of the Year winners are listed in the "awards" area.  These teams were selected by votes form the regional coaches based upon nominations from respective member  head coaches.  All-region selections receive a certificate of recognition while the Players of the Year receive an award plaque at the March 28 All Star Game.  Miss Basketball also receives that award at the All Star Games.
